Users can access real-time biometric data, including continuous heart-rate monitoring with haptic feedback for zone-targeting, overlaid onto Beachbody's premium fitness content to create an exciting, immersive, and unique user experience. This also allows users to be smarter about how they work out so they can adjust their intensity, exercise, and routine, resulting in improved motivation and optimal results.
