Zenith Infotech Shows Technology Solution Providers How to Side-Step Security Threats in Cincinnati
Interactive technology showcase provides live demonstration of cloud computing solutions
CINCINNATI, March 19 -- Roughly 60 percent of virtualized servers are expected to be less secure than their physical server counterparts, according to a recent Garter Inc. study. While virtualization itself is not inherently insecure, the methods through which virtualized workloads are deployed can be. Zenith Infotech is teaching its partners how to design, develop and deploy highly secure cloud solutions to small-to-midsized businesses (SMBs) during a technology open house Wednesday, March 24 from 2:30 to 7:30 at the Holiday Inn-Cincinnati I-275 North, located at 3855 Hauck Road. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Sponsored by Zenith Infotech and Autotask, the event, one of 124 scheduled for the first quarter of 2010, enables attendees to 'test drive' the latest backup and disaster recovery technologies designed specifically for the SMB market.
Guests will also see live demonstrations of 'managed services' infrastructure, commonly referred to as outsourced networking solutions. Together, these solutions enable SMB companies to automate IT processes and more efficiently run their business operations. Those attending will also receive a free 45-day trial of Zenith's managed services offering or a 30-day trial of its business continuity solution.
