Starting at just $40 per month, all three 4G LTE rate plans offer affordability, flexibility and predictability with unlimited nationwide talk, text and Web browsing, with all applicable taxes and regulatory fees included. With the $50 and $60 service plans, consumers have more data access service choices to better fit their actual usage of certain streaming audio and video content, real-time Internet gaming, music and video downloads and other media applications. MetroPCS' other current service plans remain unchanged and continue to offer unlimited talk, text and Web browsing services.
Each of the three 4G LTE service plans offers unique options and features:

Ko-Su Pilots Mobile Learning Platform at CFGS Tower Hamlets Girls' Secondary
LONDON, December 31, 2010/PRNewswire/ -- In December 2010 the newly developed Ko-Su mobile learning platform began
its in-class pilot on iPod Touches at the CFGS Tower Hamlet Girls' Secondary
School, in a move to revolutionise how conventional classes are taught.

to recommend to the general meeting of shareholders to approve a distribution
to shareholders of the Company in the total amount of NIS 3 billion ("the
Planned Distribution"), a sum not in compliance with the "earnings test" as
defined in Section 302 of the Companies Law, 5759-1999 ("the Companies Law"),
and to do so on the principles and terms below and subject to the approval of
the Court for the Planned Distribution. An appropriate application to the
Court will be filed immediately after the approval of the general meeting.
Subject to the approvals of the general meeting and the Court, the amount
of the Planned Distribution will be distributed to the Company's shareholders
in six equal, semi-annual payments during 2011-2013 (without any interest or
